My main focus is to be an effective teacher.  This is possible here at Ashley Community Schools through having a well-organized classroom based on behavioral management that increases the time available for quality learning activities.  As a teacher, it is very important to communicate expectations and content objectives directly to the students every day in order to create a successful learning environment.

          I strive to tailor my teaching strategies to the inherent needs of the classroom by being highly flexible, enthusiastic, and imaginative in diversifying my approach to instruction. My unique approach to teaching fosters a comfortable interaction with students, and I will always be accessible to them outside of the classroom by involving myself in extra curricular activities.
